Scratch-made donuts rolled in nutmeg sugar. These donuts are a version of a chemically leavened (cake) donut, similar to what people call “old fashioned.”
We first served donuts back in 2009 when we were just a single truck over near MIT. Ayr loves donuts and thinks we should all enjoy them, but not every day. So now we do them every so often as a part of a special occasion or event. These cider donuts are our favorite. They don’t have any apple cider in them - they're actually meant to be eaten with cider and that’s where the name comes from.
