Little Wolf is a roaster based in Ipswich, MA and run by our friends Chris and Melissa.
This is a new coffee from Las Perlitas Farm in Colombia. Pink Bourbon (super rare type of bean) and Caturra coffee plants were grown at 1900 meters above sea level (for context, we're at 0-20 meters above sea level here in Boston!)
High altitude = slower-growing plants = better flavor. We tasted notes of cranberry, orange, and honey in this cup.
